GENERAL 

Thanks for considering me for your commission! It will be an honor for me to draw your character! 

 

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. I will not be held liable for any inconvenience on your half that may arise from misreading or misunderstanding the following terms. In case of any doubt about the terms and conditions, please let me know through VGen, Twitter dm's and or Discord dm's! 

 

Please only start a request if you find the service details and my Terms of Service acceptable.

PAYMENTS

All commissions must be paid in full and upfront throughcommission payment options previously established.

REVISIONS

• Major revisions (add-ons, body shape, clothing, different pose, different hairstyle, etc...) are acceptable and free at the sketch phase.

• Minor revisions (face expression, small add-ons like jewelry and / or small objects, etc...) are acceptable at any point and likely have no extra cost.

• Major revisions after the sketch phase will have extra fees.

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Estimated delivery time: 12 to 18 days, depending on the complexity of the commission and/or work schedule). In some cases, it may take a little longer.

• Urgent Commission (skip waitlist and / or request the commission finished in less time than the established) will have extra fees. I reserve the right to accept or decline an urgent commission.

 

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Me, CryoCørvus (the artist) have the full rights over my artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, posting the commission on my social media accounts or featuring it in my VGen portfolio, unless the privacy addon (extra fee) is selected.

• You must credit me, CryoCørvus, when using my work,

• I retain all rights to use the work as my portfolio pieces.

 

YOU MAY:

• Repost and / or display the commissioned work on your social media as long as the proper credit is provided.

• For a social media post, this would involve linking back to my Official Website, Twitter, and / or my VGen profile in the post body or replies.

• For banner art/profile picture usage, this would involve linking back to my Official Website, Twitter, and / or my VGen profile profile in your bio.

• Feature the commissioned work on your streams or channel as long as the proper credit is provided.

• This would involve linking back to my Official Website, Twitter, and / or my VGen profile in your channel bio or panels.

 

YOU MAY NOT:

• Use the commissioned work to sell merchandise or directly profit from the works themselves, without paying the commercial rights fee.

• Claim the work as your own.

• Edit, alter, trace, copy and / or train / feed any Artificial Intelligence machine, services and / or platforms.

• Remove my watermark. This applies to deliberately cropping my watermark out or using photo editing tools to obscure it. Exceptions to this include profile picture/banner usage, as long as the proper credit is provided elsewhere.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• I reserve the right to reject and/or cancel any commission at any time (for inappropriate client behavior or for reasons beyond my control that may directly affect the process of the commission such as hardware and/or software malfunction, physical disability, etc...).

• In case of cancellation for reasons beyond my control that may directly affect the process of the work (hardware and/or software malfunction, physical disability, etc...) I will make a full refund if I have not started the commission, or a partial refund (according to the process step in which I had to cancel), sending to the client the files up to the moment of cancellation including the editable files (CLIP original and PSD variant). Otherwise there will be no refunds.

• In case of inappropriate client behavior such as harassment, intimidation, threats and / or verbal aggression I will be forced to cancel the requested commission and definitively prohibit any type of communication with said client and without any chance of refunds.

• Inappropriate client behavior also includes, but is not limited to, spam in direct messages, emails, letters, notes and / or any type of communication and / or breach of what was already established from the beginning, like commission type, major revisions after the sketch phase without paying the corresponding fee and / or want to cancel an order for any reason at any commission phase.

• In the event that I repeatedly receive messages from the client asking about the commission progress, I will be forced to cancel the commission, sending to the client the files up to the moment of cancelling and with no refunds.

• Me, CryoCørvus, keep all direct messages, emails, letters, notes and any kind of communication with clients to proceed in case of any dispute and / or prove the existence of inappropriate behavior of the client.

 

COMMUNICATION

• Communication can be established through VGen, Twitter dm's and or Discord dm's.

• I will be updating the client any big phase progress, as well as in case of any doubt regarding the commission.

'Specimen' and 'Creations' refers to the Original Character design, Vtuber model design, sprites, reference sheets, general illustrations and/or illustrated works like banners, book covers, comic pages, profile pictures, logos, etc. that the client request to be done by CryoCørvus as a paid commission.

'Paid commission' refers to the commissioned digital work that must be fulfilled by CryoCørvus according to the client's specifications in exchange of a monetary transaction.

​

´Personal vault' refers to the personal storage in site for each client that will be secured by a unique key code. The unique key code will be provided to each client for them to enter at their personal vault at any time, where they will be able to look at the state and process of the creation. In the same way, they will be able to download every file of their paid commission at any time during the work process and up to 15 days after the work is completed by CryoCørvus.

'CryoCørvus' refers to the digital artist that runs the site and uses his talent and skills to create from scratch client-requested works and/or personal illustrations in his distinctive design and drawing style.
